The two floors of the ball offered two different, yet complimentary environments, and guests changed floors all
night until the wee hours. Upstairs in the Gallery, CLICK + DRAG
presented Rice inspired video by Rob Roth, DJ Sammy Jo, Miss Kelly Webb as Mekare, Falon as the Taltos Emaleth,
Wells as the vampire thrall and THE COSTUME COMPETITION for best Anne Rice character realness, won by MARLA
BELT as Marie-Claudette Mayfair (a VERY popular character at the Ball.)
In the downstairs Lounge, against a backdrop of Lafayette Cemetery, in a room hung with dolls, sheet music and tombstones,
JACKIE 60 FURTHER
explored the erotic side of Rice. DJ JOHNNY DYNELL (who is rumoured to be a VERY strong immortal) rocked the turntables
onstage for
MCs CHI CHI VALENTI and HATTIE HATHAWAY, Jessica Rabbit Domination as the vampire child Claudia and Dolly Domination as
the vampire Gabrielle. Robert Flowrider as Memnoch The Devil and Diesel as the Texas vampire
biker delighted the Eternally grateful crowd, and newcomer LUI ANTINOUS performed latenight to various stringed
instruments.
